 Gado-gado (Indonesian or Betawi), also known as Lotek (Sundanese and Javanese) is an Indonesian salad of boiled vegetables served with apeanut sauce dressing.

 Vegetables are often used to be varied vegetables still used typically in the raw state.Although occasionally vegetables such as cabbage and the cabbage can also boiled in hot water.There is also the sometimes steam the vegetables cooked in hot water.

Gado-gado is different from lotek atah or karedok which uses raw vegetables. Another similar dish is the Javanese pecel. One of the vegetables for salad gado-gado other is the peanut sauce.
